“Les Nardilays” Project – Sologne, 2000-2002

A mixture of English landscape art and Sologne hunting history guided the team in the design of a landscaped garden in strict compliance with the gardens of the 18th century. The project was based on the creation of several different areas of life: a garden, a rose garden below the summer garden and pool, French-style perspectives emphasised by canals from the main room of the house, walks and riding paths linking the castle to the forest and finally hunting blinds and tracery.
